Welcome to the team page at David O Jones Sports.

We are a friendly, personable, knowledgable and likeable bunch (well, that’s what most of our customers tell us anyway).  

The shop is owned by Paul and Katie Froome and managed by Paul Burdfield.  Melanie and Beverly Short are part time staff and Tyndall Jones is our rock and font of all knowledge.    

Paul Froome began working for Tyndal in 1994 and has never really left the shop.  When Tyndall decided to cash in his retirement voucher Paul's entreprenurial spirit took over and after a few discussions a deal was done.  Paul currently works for Kittiwake Developments in Littlehampton, World Leaders in Fuel, Lubricant and Water Test Equipment.  A far cry from the world of Sport, but his role of Marketing Manager does provide him with the odd bright idea for the shop.  

Katie is a housing office in Sussex and controls a lot of the paperwork for shop in what spare time she does get at home.  

Paul Burdfield, a Littlehampton man through and through and Paul & Kates best man in 2007 transferred from a career as a Brewery Technician to work for David O Jones and is enjoying the refreshing challenges running a small sports shop can bring.  

Melanie and Beverly are once again local girls, who the shop wouldnt be without.  They are members of the Littlehampton Musical Comedy society and part of the local Bonfire society.  

Tyndall Jones originally worked in the shop for his Father and has grown up knowing nothing but David O Jones Sports.  He is an avid Charity collector and a very very useful man to have around for Paul & the Gang.  If you see Tyndall in the street with a collection bucket, be sure to fill it with money.
